The pump stopped dispensing product despite shaking and repumping. When I unscrewed the top it looked empty inside, but after rinsing it with water and dumping it out, about a week’s worth of product globbed out. I think the pump stick is too short and the product too thick, so the last bits miss the stick. I couldn’t shake it out either. Maybe a tube would work better like LHR’s cicaplast gel? I was sad to waste such lovely ingredients.
