At Outlaw Tallow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unused, with seals/tags intact
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Your bank/credit card provider may take extra time to process the refund
